I have lost or misplaced my Stroma Certification ID card, how can I obtain a new one?

Scheme members must email certification@stroma.com, stating their membership number and a new card will be issued with 7 days.

How do I notify you of a change of address or details?

On the Stroma Certification members area, under the ‘account’ option, there is a form that needs to be completed to nofify of any changes in a scheme members details.

I have left my current employer but still want to retain my membership, what do I need to do?

The scheme member must email certification@stroma.com to have the account inactivated. A new assessor license agreement will need to be completed to register under a new company or private name.

I want to use Stroma Certifications logo on my website, please can you send this to me?

The logos are available to all scheme members in the Stroma Certification members area, in the ‘all documents’ file within the useful information page. They are provided in a jpeg and can be used in accordance with Stroma Certification guidance.

I want to change my password, how can I do this?

On the Stroma Certification members area, under the ‘account’ option, there is an option to change password.

What is Stroma Certifications complaints process?

The Stroma Certification complaints procedure is made available to all scheme members within the General Documents of the Useful Information section of the Stroma Certification members area.

What is Stroma Certifications annual CPD requirement?

All scheme members are required to complete a minimum of 10 hours CPD for the first strand of accreditation and 5 hours for each strand thereafter. Further details can be in Stroma Certifications ‘Assessor CPD Policy’.

How do I get a copy of the Per Click Insurance Policy?

A copy of the policy is made available via the useful information documents section of the Stroma members area.

 

How do I cancel my account?

A scheme member who wants to cancel their account needs to email certification@stroma.com providing the membership number(s) that are need to be cancelled.

How do I upgrade my membership?

If a scheme member has recently been awarded a new qualification certificate and would like to be accredited for this, a new membership form must be submitted. The membership form can be accessed using the following link: www.stroma.com/membership.

I want to lodge EPCs under another company name, how do I do this?

A scheme member can accredit under a different company name, by completing a new membership form to join the scheme. The membership form can be accessed using the following link: www.stroma.com/membership.
